• Local zones (clean benches): ISO Class 5
• Cleanliness requirement: Under operational conditions (to be confirmed by supplier)

3. Container Configuration

• Approx. 16 × 40 ft High Cube containers
• Interconnected layout for process flow
• Each container to include:
• Personnel entry
• Gowning area
• Air shower

4. Environmental Conditions

• Temperature: 20–22 °C
• Relative Humidity: ≤ 20–25%
• Pressure: Positive (preferred)

5. Process Considerations

• Assembly of dust-sensitive electronic components
• Presence of ovens generating heat and particles
